Lagar da Sancha is the brand of the olive oil we proudly produce and market, crafted from our own olives with the care and dedication of those who truly value and enjoy what they do. Direct contact with our customers is the strongest guarantee of the purity and quality of the olive oil we produce and bring to market.
The olive groves of Lagar da Sancha are located in the municipality of Sabrosa, in the Vila Real district. This region is an outstanding terroir for the production of both olive oil and wine.

Join a guided tour through the world of olive oil. Get to know the entire production process and how Monterosa olive oil is extracted through a guided tour of the olive grove and olive mill, accompanied by a tasting of Premium olive oils—the only way to compare our varieties and appreciate their qualities.
Exclusive Tours
To ensure a personalised and comfortable experience, our tours are carried out in small groups — a maximum of 6 people — allowing for transportation in our jeep and closer contact with the guide and the environment.
