The \u201cLagar da Sancha\u201d olive oil project began with an unforeseen passion from an entrepreneurial couple, who had completely different professional lives outside of olive growing and agriculture.\n

In a short space of time, they became the owners of a significant area of traditional olive groves, all located in the Douro Wine Region, in the Parish and Municipality of Sabrosa, within the Demarcated Region of Port Wine and in a stunning landscape of the Pinh\u00e3o River valley. The name \u201cSancha\u201d is related to the very old nomenclature of the area where the current approximately 2200 olive trees that are part of the property are located.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Quem somos O projeto do azeite \u201cLagar da Sancha\u201d tem in\u00edcio numa paix\u00e3o imprevista por parte de um casal empreendedor, com vidas profissionais completamente diferentes e exteriores \u00e0 olivicultura e agricultura. Num curto espa\u00e7o de tempo, tornam-se propriet\u00e1rios de \u00e1rea razo\u00e1vel de olival tradicional, todo ele localizado no Douro Vinhateiro, na Freguesia e Concelho de Sabrosa, dentro da Regi\u00e3o Demarcada do Vinho do Porto e numa paisagem deslumbrante do vale do rio Pinh\u00e3o. O nome de \u201cSancha\u201d tem a ver com a muito antiga nomenclatura da zona onde se situam as atuais cerca de 2200 oliveiras que fazem parte da propriedade.
